"State of mind" when referring to Trump is a misnomer with multiple layers. "State" implies potential for stasis, even stability. It implies that his "thinking" is grounded and not just cascades of cataclysmic, contradictory ejaculations. And "mind"... well... shit.

The three terms refer primarily to ways of organizing economic activity, resource allocation, and ownership. There are sociopolitical elements to each, but you can't remove them from the sphere of economics and confine them to something called "political" that is magically removed from economics.
