That's an ontological fallacy, though - the sport is played by humans, yes, but it doesn't have to be adjudicated entirely by humans. I don't think having more accurate calls on the field would make the game less fun; to me it would be more fun to remove the arguments over missed calls.
and we can disagree on that! we just like different things on the field. I'd rather see more balls hit into play and more runners on the bases.
