As an outsider looking in; it appears that most law enforcement agencies in the US are somewhat compromised. Not sure how they can correct this but it is becoming more obvious as each day passes.

These same companies will be searching new markets that provide better returns. Companies will sell where they make the most profit - margins matter. In time, the US will have supply issues.
