Well from personal experience, I know that if they give intravenous saline treatment too often in the crook of the arm, it starts to become impossible. Then they go to the hand.
Toys are pretty much restricted to adults or families with money, games are getting there as well. There’s just less development as children & parents/schools aren’t doing enough to help the kids develop socially. It varies from family to family, but in general we could be doing better
I think the steady reduction of socialization safe places & media has contributed. Cartoons (for kids) requiring educational values was a mistake. (And Saturday morn) They at least provided good v evil morality. We’ve gotten rid of arcades, and malls. The cartoons available are more adult centric.
The problem mostly is that the current leadership is compromised of people who won’t give up power, or even really listen. I wish after his complete folding he was forced to resign as leader. And for all her flaws, Nancy was a more effective leader.

I grew up with Windows 3.0, which worked exactly like GraphicsGale, so I was more familiar.
Also, one great thing it does. If you right-click a sprite, it acts like an eye drop color copy. Much easier than constantly going to the pallet to grab the color you’re using. You can also grab the background color to erase on the fly. I mostly just used the pencil tool
