The EO is what just removed the money. It's been explained to you in this thread and elsewhere that some states and some hospitals are fighting back. It's been explained to you how that isn't related to the funding the hospitals have. And yet here you are.

EO's don't work that way and when the state has a law that says care can't be withheld based on gender then compliance with the EO is a violation of state law.
