1/ I just uploaded a preprint on targeted sanctions against Russia’s “shadow fleet” of oil tankers. The results suggest that the most recent sanctions are working: the sanctioned fleet is still active, but in a much more limited capacity.

Most tankers in ballast use the Sound. However, only ships with a maximum draught (~8 m) can pass through the Sound. Therefore, fully loaded tankers pass through the Belt. That is where the deep-water route is (--> restricted in draught). Normal: To RUS via the Sound, back through the Great Belt.

I've seen many of the false-flagged Malawi ships, switching to Mozambique MMSIs. Went to the IMO GISIS page for Mozambique. A domain name tied to the 'Marinegov' network that I worked with Lloyds List to uncover. www.lloydslist.com/LL1154326/Ma... I warned the IMO about this, about one month ago.

I do not think that the aircraft are linked to the Passage. The Emsa drone is a long arranged campain to check the emission parameter of ships. And the Do228 is on a normal environmental Mission (oil spill detection)

Das Schiff fährt unter der Flagge Panamas und transportiert russisches Öl nach Indien via Port Said (schon paar Mal). Schau bitte mal VO 833/2014 an! Selbst ein russisches Schiff dürfte in Seenot einen europäischen Hafen anlaufen Artikel 3 ea Absatz 4 und ganz nebenbei Völkergewohnheitsrecht.

Moin, hast Du Dich einmal mit Völkerecht befasst? So einfach wie nationales Recht ist es nicht. Es gibt so was wie das Seerechtsübereikommen. Aktuell befinden wir uns nicht im Krieg! Hier handelt es sich um einen Tanker unter der Flagge Panamas mit Ware, die außerhalb Europas legal ist.

Die Reederei der Bremen Fighter hat sich in der Ausschreibung für einen Schlepper mit 100 t Pfahlzug durchgesetz. Aktuell ist wieder die Notschleppleistung europaweit ausgeschrieben. Die Positionen mit dem Pfahlzug ergeben sich aus dem staatlichen Notschleppkonzept.

Die MZS haben derzeit 40 t Pfahlzug. Die Scharhörn wird ersetzt gehen Ende des Jahres durch den Neubau mit 145 t Pfahlzug.

Es gibt in der deutschen Ostsee zwei Mehrzeckschiffe: Scharhörn (Westteil) und Arkona (Ostteil). Weiterhin zwei gecharterte Notschlepper, Baltic und derzeit Bremen Fighter. Im Bereich der Kadetrinne werden die bei Bedarf von der Verkehrszentrale Warnemünde eingesetzt nach Erfordernis.

Die Verkehrszentrale in Warnemünde setzt schon die geeigneten Einsatzmittel ein. Die Bremen Fighter ist wunderbar geeignet für die Aufgabe, bis die vom Eigentümer zu charternden Schlepper übernehmen.
