Pretty sure some deals have been struck but not with the USA or trump. Everyone is looking for something a lil more stable than our recently weirdly bipolar country. Makes for deals and tighter bonds for everybody else.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
We also have increased blood clotting around the board from plastic exposure. Increased blood clotting in general but id have to look into the study to get an idea for if it is really out of the norm numbers. Much research is required all the time. Makes the endless learning easier.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Sorry, I can't do that mulch. Pretty rooted in spot, leafing just isn't an option for saps like me. Make like a tree and sequester some CO2 by growing some nice woody plants Always kinda wanted to fill old oil wells with some good ole carbon dense pasteurized plants goop.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
The ones that deny it for religious reasons. To me it has always just been a sign of human misdeeds. I could spend the entirety of the rest of my life collecting plastic from the streets and I wouldn't make a dent in the issue. Or at least that is how it feels. There is always more every day.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Oh but our oil has different tannans. The batches of oil brewed in different parts of the world all have some funny qualities to their slick mix. American oil is exported so we can get more of that oversees stuff our refineries have a taste for. We export more, wonder why they want ours more.

Every time I bang my head against the wall for ideas on hick brain batter electricity generation. Wind and water always seem more feasible cause solar panels need replacement after a bit and nobody really designed them for recyclability until recently from my understanding.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
None of their words ring untrue but the point is lost. Ngl though I'm pretty sure there are quite a few folks with funny views about of immigration as a whole functions. Makes it good to cover the basics. (I do hope some folks are present. Exposure to new ideas is good for the human experience.

The isolation wasn't exactly as intended. Weird was wired up at jump though.

Ngl it gives the kids some good ideas for silly games. Broadens their horizons a lil. Anything can be a game but some structure can make it more or less fun depending.

Most folks have a handful of folks that recognize each other of course but like everybody can be as recognizable with enough Algo pushing. The rich and famous have lost a serious edge since anybody can make a video about anything. Time it takes changing based on editing skills.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
anybody know who the other other guy is, its just a face and brain curious if they mattered enough somebody recognized em.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
My stalling is mostly my fault, fell out of college like a baby bird. Couldn't find a job that matched the degree and with reasonable benefits and doing their best to not use plastics. Every job I've worked had an unimaginable amount of daily trashed plastics.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
I get why they have comments off but engagement is a huge part of getting a video to be picked up by the algo
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
I would love to see an impeachment trial where they actually tear into the man for days and days on end with his actions that have done more to harm our people then improve their lives. We do need more internal industry but this method is just about the most stupid thing to do.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
This one feeds some critters to see what they tend to do but as expected it is nothing good. Larger particulate can pass but smaller can stick and cause issue. With potential genetic damage always in the forefront of possibility. Cause genetic damage can cause cancer. www.mdpi.com/2076-3298/12...
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Plastic is convenient but seriously detrimental. The particulate has lifespans in the tens of thousands of years and we produce about 20-40 pounds per person. Single use plastics are a crime against our future generations with the knowledge we currently have.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Yes a few of them are specifically not good at all for us. Also hydrocarbons are organic. Polymers are not organic, there are no cells yet that can properly break these things down. Every plastic will eventually be a microplastic from erosion. If plastic molded we wouldn't have these issues.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
We really aren't more complicated than most mammals and we are kinda all getting poisoned at the same rates. We kinda need to eat those critters and get most of our microplastics from the food chain. The amounts in the body are only gonna increase. A bit too quickly for nature's liking given scale.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Like nothing I've read actually gets into the nitty gritty of what exactly happens. More how we end up with them in us, a jump from there to them already being in a cell where they can do damage and a list of the damages potentially caused not how it is caused.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Apologies all my things are from more medical studies. But we have been saying microplastics are likely to cause genetic damage for a long time even if not exactly how I described. Most of the studies refer to them as genotoxic. Quite curious what exactly they do outside of gumming up the works.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Apparently having two studies linked is funny on sky, but we have tested 55 polymers (pure polymers not ones with interesting dyes) and yeah they can cause genetic damage. Second references the first for more this is what it means. www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti... pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/...
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Mhm and microplastics have yet to prove themselves to be small as predicted. They will get to that point if not already. It is more about the smallest the polymers can theoretically get. DNA makes errors just cause of age it doesn't need much help for damage.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
High level waste can last millions of years but every plastic bit will outlive the low level waste by eons in comparison. (i.e. like worn items that have been irradiated via exposure in comparison to the spent rods. The light stuff is clean in a thousand years or so)
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Unless we get some biological thing to have a reason to crack open polymers will always last longer then some radioactive material. (which isn't actually hard cause some atoms up the list don't last all that long francium-233 can't last a month with its 22 minute halflife)
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Honestly a bit upsetting this. That was supposed to be a bit of jest. Like an I sure wish it was easy as it shows up in blood clots so we should prolly cut this plastic shit out. But no it is there in a couple cases making it more then possible.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Not too sure if you get a poke every time I add to my own ramblings. I'm not too well read but inorganic things we can't break down can only do so much in the body. It is honestly fascinating how absolutely penetratingly microplastics are. Traces in most every bit of the body is horrifying coverage.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Like I'm sure there are some that are overall mundane. I'm also fairly certain there is no way in the "Make test and find as many uses for polymers" cause something harmful when ground into dust and feed over time. Wow my guess that sticky things in blood participating in clotting was a study
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Like seriously you get this shit from fetal and continue to get more through your whole life. Polymers are weird cause there are a lot of types mixed with a whole host of dyes, chemicals and fun stuff. Makes each lil bit a tad unique both in shape and how we get it pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33395930/
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
There have been studies and claims and most of them do point to them being inorganic foreign objects and tend to stick the body. The few I have read more look at the statistics of cancer going up in general and posed correlation. They are foreign objects that are present from birth at this point.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
There is a reason I always talk about trump by name calling him the antichrist. Call him orange dip most of the rest of the time. He is a snake oil salesmen with enough money to look successful and nothing more then that. He is rich in assets only and the courts were after him for overvaluations.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
For all we know though at its current sizes it could increased risk of blood clots. We really don't have much information but if it is more detrimental then expected we are sure to know in a couple generations.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Definition of microplastics is particulate as small as 1 nanometer current recorded sighting is still a a couple magnifications larger at 1.6 micrometers. Consequences as with all things that damage cells or DNA it could increase risks of cancer. Significance not yet shown but certain to contribute.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Oh we all have cancer on account of microplastics being small enough they can slip right through DNA in the right situation
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Also the us basically bleeds alcohol. We produce so much. We actually export a ton of alcohol. Like 50% or something of the industry exported. Global boycott would make alcohol drop in price locally which would be a funny start to the depression.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
The moral implications of getting smashed off of a disposable container with a terrible recycling turnaround. We really return to dust all our recyclables and plastics do funny things when you do that.

Half my brain is such a negative bitch. Doing things to spite the self out of some horrid misconceptions that do nothing but harm me. It sucks cause it is really tied to my emotional stuffs. Like a gooky brain web I have to unravel to get to healthy brain again.

End of the world idea. String theory was actually "by the gods help we have seen into the void and the strings are out to get us." Like every time Uber tiny strings show up it's deadly. Carbon fiber, asbestos, most fiber glass. Plant fiber was pretty good though.

Will fuck right off in my own way as a citizen in this hellhole. Going to a backwater town where it is red enough my vote might matter a smidge more. The goal is to make the place sustainable in terms of food so I have to buy as little as possible.

As a business student it is at least taught we gave the jobs to other countries cause price wise it would be foolish not to. out workers tend to be a bit uppity about rights and fair pay so it does make sense.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Oh there have been more then 90 deals, just none that involve the USA. we have made negitive deals, lost long term buisness in trade for all our economic bubbles popping in the coming years and the trust in the dollar degrading world wide.

Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social)
Sometimes it feels like the world is ending a bit. Things are more fine then they seem but not really. We need to get this plastic sitch fixed and some businesses don't deserve a cent more but it is really hard to just do that. We have four years of it is already fucked to do something about it.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social)
I want to advocate for a stocking up of items. You should get salt, sugar, flour and dry goods that keep long. If we are going into recession times it is good to have the shit they can bleed us dry for.

That is honestly part of why I don't do ADHD meds. It makes me feel empty even if I get things done. I'd rather be a subpar worker than an unhealthy me. There are ways to stay focused especially with most of my other quirks.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
but once you get two on site it really opens up how many folks you can get expunged and they don't charge hourly or nothin. Best case is the whole town has a curse cause they do the whole lot and half the time they don't ask for donation cause it was a sufficiently good deed or something.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Calling it a deportation though gives the action justification like they are rule of law. Saying it is normal in any way is doing those people a disservice. The gov is acting like a thug ignoring it's own rules. Shit is horrific no matter how you dice it though.

to be clear I consider money in the stock market gambling the loan would be the same. Money thrown at a person, thing, or cause to support it. loan repayment would be some small percentage of profits only. If the business flops the loan is unpayable and essentially lost.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
From my point of view we are a bubble away from economic disaster. We need support for our economy not a shitty defibrillator that made millions for anybody that traded the dips in mass. If I had substantial stocks I would get out of the trade cause my money would better be spent giving a loan.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
We will kill one civilian for every second all you civilians don't drag out Al Capone and all his people right now. We know they are armed and appear trained but all you civilians can certainly identify them amongst yourselves and turn them over to us. You waited to long the bombs are coming again.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Nobody is really supporting Hamas tho mate. Terrorists, those wishing to scar others as a twisted revenge of their own scars is terrible and shows we need to fix injustices in the world. Not yah know bombing some schools for kids pushing more into a state they could be radicalized for their scars.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Personally think they need some other things as well cause we are all that eventually. Deposed I'm all for, the right way i'm even more supportive of. But for reals man I do worry folks are too hot blooded to not try to fight if shit goes any other way.

I've been on caving videos, deep in the earth were human issues haven't reached as much. Temped to listen to the Magnus archives again. Honestly sinking into content seems like it is pointless. Really hard to care or enjoy things atm.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Overall that seems pretty accurate. I'm convinced they fell for a lie. They stick to it out of stubborn pride and sunk costs. They happily blame the worlds problems on people that barely have the power to keep themselves afloat. Shit is fucked for so many reason.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Oh but calling them weird seems to do psychic damage. Those three options seems to just make them scoff and blow it off instead of keeping them up at night. There are def better things to call them but we haven't quite found the right thing.

Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Not that, one of the few things you gotta buy fresh and replace as wears. Patchy socks is just not a reasonable look. Even on a budget.

Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Ngl man that is whack shit. I went through business schooling and they taught me that nobody would fund production in the us cause it was way cheaper in china and others. This shit is literally textbook breaking.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Dems in on the campaign walked back on calling them weird. For some weird reason I doubt they would openly say anything that could be harsher.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
I always find it funny when folks walk it forward instead of back. We had a cold war with these folks and Russia holds a grudge for the life of the country acting only when they can and will win. If they helped trump they successfully hurt us cause things ain't gonna get better atm.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Them better fucking be impeachment words. Like of all the things to threaten this should have the courts pissed and willing to commit to the checks and balances this country was founded on.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
When I was in business school I was essentially told that it would be foolish to try to produce in the us cause it was considerably cheaper to doso abroad. Profits should go to the workers and producers to encourage them to stay and do better. We can't bring back those jobs easily at all.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
I wish I had more resources to never purchase from big box stores in general but target has had a target to avoid for a good while and the DEI thing was kind of another reason to go elsewhere. I did end up in there last year some time in july cause it was close and it was my partners shopping.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Is it weird that I am baffled we can go through with an election that had the winner have less then a 40%. I think we should have looked for somebody better or at least more relatable to the people as a whole. I'd be fine with having two presidents if it meant they together had at least 50% support.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
None of the big boxes deserve anybody's money they are straight up rockefelling local economies into dust. Not to mention they cost the cities they are in tons of taxpayer dollars to upkeep the infrastructure they need to run. They make a lot less taxes per acre then regular business. Very lose lose
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
Most of the big box stores absolutely wreak local economies so honestly I avoid shopping from most of them outside of intentionally going out of my way to only buy their loss leaders. All four of those options have serious moral failing though and it is funny they all have a common link.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
I might just be a crazy fool with a buisness degree but our economy like as a whole has always kinda looked like an unsustainable bubble. The more I learn and look the more it seems like my initial estimate was pretty accurate. Shaking this fast n loose seems like it can only do bad thing.
Liz Telgan (@liztelgan.bsky.social) reply parent
