Easy supper tonight. Mixed 1 pound hamburger with chopped onion, celery, carrots, red pepper; added a can of white beans, spices and some roasted garlic Alfredo sauce. A sprinkle of cheese on top and into 350 oven for 3/4 - 1 hour. I’ll use a meat thermometer to make sure the hamburger is cooked.
