He preached at Yale's St Thomas More Chapel this weekend. New Haven has daily ICE raids. STM chapel is 5 miles away from Avelo airlines, which contracts with ICE for deportation flights. Not One Word.

ICE presence has grown in CT. I called the Archdiocese of Hartford, which has been absolutely silent. I spoke with a woman who claimed she didn't know what ICE was. When I explained and asked how the diocese plans to protect the vulnerable, she said "You mean illegals?" Christ's love in action lol.

Mention military intervention or ICE violence, they immediately shout "don't want to talk about it" and offer no defense. Not the usual MAGA spin. Cognitive dissonance catching up with them?
