There are 33m companies in the USA. Only 21k employe 500 or more. And they only make up 23% of workers. Trump and Elon are ignoring the more than 32m entrepreneurs that can't afford to build a new factory or pay tariffs or absorb cancelled contracts.
If the new tariffs stay in place for multiple years, and are enforced and inflationary, and DOGE continues to cut and fire , we will be in a far worse situation than 2008

They all need to be held to the standards of their office. They were all voted in by Americans in a democracy. I may not have voted Republican but I still expect them to serve America and not themselves nor the current regime when it’s against their it constitution.

I think the biggest divide in America is going to happen thanks to the Trump administration. We will see which of the rich and powerful in our nation cares about the common people and the ones who will step on our backs. The hardships Americans will face without federal programs will be telling.
