When I lived in Chicago (near north @ Clarendon & Montrose), we took public transit everywhere. I now live in San Diego where normal people only take it downtown (to avoid parking) but the mayor gaslights us by saying how great it is … and a mile as the crow flies, from it is a “transit district”.
