Tangentially, that Jonathan Groff is not singlehandedly propping up an entire gay romcom industry is beyond me. That man has perfected a smolder so intense even I, an Ace/Aro, am affected. I post too much when I can't sleep. I know. I took half of the new sleeping pill last night, and it helped some, but even taking it really early I could not wake up the first half of the next day. Going to skip the meds, and set an alarm. Get back on track before diving into meds. #Insomnia

Gentle reminder: Youโre not sleeping through the night because youโre neglecting your nervous system. You need a winding-down time before bedtime. Your nervous system needs to regulate to ensure quality sleep. (And I will not mind my business)

I try to keep it brief and moving along. If I'm bored, I worry the reader will be too. I can always go back and flesh it out later if it feels rushed, but I just try to speed through it with the narration at first.
Health is not good tonight. Trying to doze off sitting up as I can't lie down and am struggling with pain and throwing up. Such a wonderful night yesterday! Such a contrast tonight. At least I can think of it until I feel better. #ChronicIllness

I look at it as, if the owners/TV stations/sponsors are going to generate that much profit, the bulk of it should go to the players who are actually working hard. I wish games/concessions were cheaper and there were no blackout restrictions.Less profit but wouldn't have to pay the players as much.

I have had pain in my neck for 2 months. I think the origin of the issue is actually in my shoulder blade. I have a knot cane and one of those awful spiky ball torture medical devices to roll on and loosen things up. But omg, they hurt so bad, I am refusing to work the knot out.
