Something tells me Chicago won't stand for this. Sending in troops could start the hot civil war. From city workers with heavy machinery to steelworkers with crow bars, this won't end well for the invading force.

I happen to know a lot about weather radar. They are spectacularly complex, designed for only one purpose: detecting and locating rain, snow, hail, etc. Transmission is in milliseconds and at a wavelength like your microwave oven. I also remember when scientists were respected ๐ฉ๐ข
