It’s getting lost in the noise, but the “Big, Beautiful Bill” just passed by the House GOP basically removes health care coverage for gender-affirming care for ALL trans people. Not only trans youth but trans adults, too. Only the most privileged trans Americans would still have coverage.

The one thing I learned the first time Trump was in office is that government doesn’t work like I thought it did when I went to school in the 70s and 80s. There are no protections if the people at the top have enough control.
