Each ballot is fed into a tabulator that's NOT connected to the internet. It's hard to mess with that process. He really just wants fewer people voting period, which is why he's going after mail ballots.
Actually, hand-written paper ballots are the gold standard as far as election transparency and security goes. It's true!

I don't know about AZ, but here in MI an independent commission was the right way to go. Our state is so evenly divided, we can't risk having the GOP take power again and gerrymander so horribly like they did for 40 years. We finally have a fair playing field and we can't risk that.
