Fish typically can't be/aren't vaccinated. Though, for fish that grow in excess of 1 foot long, maybe- but that's more zoo sized aquarium, not household-pet (usually). But if you care for your fish; sometimes an aquarium catches a disease and you have to dose the water with medicine and quarantine.
