I don't think he did to be fair. I'm no fan of Charles or the royal family but it's a constitutional monarchy. In matters of state he is told what to do by the government. I have no doubt that he's unhappy about seeing Trump again, and he'll minimise their contact like he did last time.

The IPP sentence was finally recognised to be the incredibly unjust and draconian piece of legislation that it was and the sentence was abolished...but those already convicted are still being persecuted and are rotting behind bars. All those with IPP should be released & supported back into society.
