Sesame Street, Mt. Rogers, Electric Company, and Zoom... the 70s childhood quadfecta.
Kristin Dietrich (@mountainmint.bsky.social) reply parent
I'm 56 so I remember the very beginnings of Sesame Street. One of my earliest memories is sitting on my little chair in my grandmother's kitchen and reciting my ABCs and 123s to my grandfather...in Spanish. (Oscar was and still is my favorite.) Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers, Electric Company and Zoom.
Kristin Dietrich (@mountainmint.bsky.social) reply parent
Elmo sounds like Oscar.
Kristin Dietrich (@mountainmint.bsky.social) reply parent
Bingo. And Alan Dershowitz is first in line.

I love you, Mark, but I see you're backing Musk's new fascist party. What's their platform on this?
Kristin Dietrich (@mountainmint.bsky.social) reply parent
I believe either the Goonies or Temple of Doom was the first PG 13 movie. But even if it was rated R I guarantee she would still have taken us to see it.

I was 5. My mother piled us into the car and we went to the drive in to see it. I'm 56 now and still can't go more than knee deep in the ocean.

Don't blame it on the Democrats. They need to stop trying to fix everything. They get all the blame anyway. Let the Republicans who voted for this shit feel the pain of their decisions.

Maybe Biden should have used those powers when he had the chance?
Kristin Dietrich (@mountainmint.bsky.social) reply parent
We should be so lucky.
Kristin Dietrich (@mountainmint.bsky.social) reply parent
What exactly did you expect?
Kristin Dietrich (@mountainmint.bsky.social) reply parent
Oo, almost there. What you should be doing is drafting articles of impeachment. He has once again usurped Congress and you act like it's no big deal.
Kristin Dietrich (@mountainmint.bsky.social) reply parent
Are we supposed to feel sorry for you? Your government has been doing the same to others but now that the shoe is on the other foot it's suddenly a problem? Yinz need to do some serious soul searching. You've completely lost your way.

While the gospels say that Judas led the Romans to Jesus, a new theory is gaining traction with some Biblical scholars. There is evidence, some say, that Judas merely shared Christ's location on an insecure group chat that accidentally included several Roman officials and journalists.
