He could coordinate with state AGs and watchdog groups to highlight corruption or abuses. He can work with both the Dem communication team & left leaning YouTubers who cover the news to help reshape the Trump narrative. He needs to be like Newt Gingrich.

You are right, it's up for Dem voters to March & demand new leadership. If the Dem retakes Congress, Rep Jeffries doesn't give confidence that there will be investigation into DOGE, Musk, & subpoena members of Trump's inner circle. There are still unanswered questions that need to be addressed.
My gosh, just because you are a minority leader doesn't mean you are insignificant. You still have power in the party, & influence. Rep Jeffries should organize an event in parts of the country that are hurt by Trump policies. Work with Gov Newsome to coordinate with one another to spread messages.

I used to give Rep minority leader Jeffries & Sen minority leader Schumer some slack because their powers are weak. But constantly seeing them being inactive while Governor Newsome is doing all the heavy lifting is unacceptable. While both men are minority leaders in Congress, they can still fight.
Trump should replace the busk of President Andrew Jackson with King George III instead. His action of sending troops to cities is reminiscent of redcoats acting under order from the King. If crime is such a concern, then order the DOJ to work with state law enforcement to fix the problem.

I just finished the movie "Weapon". The first 60% was a solid 9/10—great tension, atmosphere, mystery, and even some supernatural hints. But the last third lost steam. The ending had a few funny moments, but it couldn’t save it from the drop in quality.
