I did that with my jr high youth group. For one week they had to smile to everyone they saw. They all said they felt happier right away

That happens often! I had a preschooler who didnāt talk at all at school. He was put in special ed. I came in and the kid talked my ear off š. I never knew what it was about me, maybe I looked like someone he knew. I had him through 2nd grade when they moved. I really enjoyed him he was smart !

Itās hard! I worked at a small school and we are short of money and resources! Even getting diagnosed is hard because we donāt have people who can do that within 100 miles.
I work in Special Ed. Kids are passed from grade to grade everywhere. Since they donāt become āathletesā until high school or college , that doesnāt apply. Most people arenāt diagnosed until adulthood. Interventions are available but not everywhere ..and you have to get diagnosed early.
