Haha. I didn’t think mine appreciated my cooking. But both - when they left for university their first year, messaged me a list of the meals they requested would be on the roster for when they came home !! 🤣

Oh I didn’t realise that. Are you living out of a van, or just travelling? So much harder when you can’t do batch cooking for sure…..but good intentions is a start…. At some point you’ll be annoyed at throwing away, and find the rhythm of what you can eat before it spoils.
What about soup? - very forgiving to veggies that you wouldn’t fancy raw. 5 minutes of chopping and a big saucepan yields many portions!

Which to eat first ? Lol I’ve never actually thought of that before. But lots of dishes have chicken and egg. Chicken egg fried rice, chicken Milanese (in the crumb but also often fried egg on top), Cobb salad. I’m sure there are many more.

Yes they left on Sunday night. We spent about an hour after they left revelling in the peace and quiet. The story seemed extremely convoluted….maybe a small brown dog would have tipped it over the edge! 😆
