Good morning MJ and all. LC is so much more active than EP. Had a lovely day in Mesilla yesterday. Except hubby and brother both had big dip in BP and I had to get both of them to car quickly. But not before brother fell and tore up his leg and arm. 😆 My first aid kit was missing from the car. 🤣

Just bow hunting season now, moves into muzzle in September then onto free-for-all at the end of the month. My dogs aren’t very good at respecting hunters in their blinds or camps, so….we still have places in our area where there’s no hunting allowed, but they do love a romp through the woods.

3 negative tests for me, so maybe just a cold from when the littles visited last weekend (OMG, the cough and sneeze and spit at close quarters is something else with them!) Hubs is no sicker than a cold - tired and aches and limited fever, but tested positive twice. Naps are definitely today's plan

Kids have a rare no sports weekend, so they're here! Zozobra last night (on tv) didn't disappoint! The Steampunk theme detail! A watch with gears that worked! A robot hand that opened and gestured! My homemade pizza crust turned out great, then Krispie treat decorated Zozos. Good trouble, MJ!

Bit of rain here yesterday. Looks like more each day of this holiday weekend. Hope it holds off for all the celebrations. No soggy burgers please. Speaking of burgers, did a great one with mushroom, cream, blue cheese sauce. Used the outdoor griddle to mix it up. Can't ignore any of my toys.
