False Equivalence.
False Equivalence.
Your entire profile is defending little Kylie? Lol. You are correct though. False equivalency. Little Kylie was old enough to know better and definitely old enough to not act like a little bitch on the stand.
I can only conclude that you don't believe in lawful self-defense.
I can only conclude that ur a moron.
You're an account that does nothing but keyword searches for Kylie and responds with the same crap over and over. That literally all you have on your timeline. You have no moral ground on anyone.
Hunting and instigating, self-defense is not. Stop being a sissy-boy and just admit that you like the idea being able to kill people in public that you don't like. Admit what you are, coward.
The was no evidence presented during the trial to suggest that Kyle was "hunting and instigating." Otherwise, PROVE IT. ADA Binger couldn't prove that despite 100's of potential witnesses & tons of video evidence.
He should have never been there He went looking for trouble and found it
"looking for trouble" Ironically, you just described Joseph Rosenbaum. Not Rittenhouse.
He murdered people with a dumpster fire smaller than my backyard fires?! What a GOAT!
You can end this debate right now. Rittenhouse claimed self defense. Explain why the self-defense statute shouldn't have applied to Kyle shooting Rosenbaum.
If Rosenbaum was alive, he'd have a significantly better case for self-defense based on literally every metric in US law. Shittenhouse won because you can't get the dead to testify against him. Technicality.
Really? 🤣😂 When Kyle was suddenly attacked by Rosenbaum, he was running to extinguish a car fire. ADA Binger even acknowledged this. What would be Rosenbaum's reasonable belief of imminent death or great bodily harm?
Looking For Trouble 🚫 Kyle walked around Kenosha for 7+ hrs w/o incident. There was no evidence presented during the trial to corroborate your claim. Otherwise, PROVE IT. That crucial piece of evidence eluded the prosecution despite 100's of potential witnesses & tons of video evidence.
Still too afraid to admit what you are, then. Sad.
You made the claims of "hunting and instigating." Not me. Why can't you post evidence to support your claim?
Yes. Anyone with eyes and common sense could see it. You're just admitting that you have no common sense and only believe what you're told. Have fun with that.
Unless you can post evidence to support your claims, there's no reason to continue this dialogue.
🪞
*Inserts basic levels of human common sense that aren't based in fear and racism.* Proof.
I take that as you're incapable of backing up your claim of "hunting and instigating." Thanks for clearing that up up.
He went there with a weapon, what was he doing? Out for an evening stroll?
WI is an open carry state & Kyle's choice of personal protection is not contingent on your approval. Kyle was amongst 100's of people who were similarly armed. He was no more conspicuous than everyone else.
Scared of everything. Calling ya'll pansies is an insult to the flower.
You can end this debate right now. Rittenhouse claimed self defense. Explain why the self-defense statute shouldn't have applied to Kyle shooting Rosenbaum.
You just admitted publicly that you don't have common sense. Good to know.
You publicly admitted that you made claims that you're incapable of backing up.
The thing is. We really don't care if he had a good defense team and got off on technicalities and tears. The verdict is irrelevant to his character. He is, and forever will be someone who killed people that didn't deserve to die cried like a little bitch on the stand.
Technicalities? Do tell.
Factually incorrect, but please continue stroking yourself. Someone has to.
I haven't seen any proof to support your claims.
One is about juveniles carrying guns with the intent to commit robberies, carjackings, murders and to facilitate other crimes. The other was carrying a gun to protect himself and tried to flee from each of his attackers before only shooting when cornered.
In a place where he had no place being, with a weapon he should have never had
Neither you nor I get to decide who has a "place being" there. In Wisconsin it is legal for 16-17-year-olds to open carry long guns. Not a good law IMO, but nonetheless the law. www.pbs.org/newshour/nat...
Kyle went there with the intent of causing trouble.
Every witness at the trial who testified about it, including one of the people he shot, testified he tried to avoid confrontation all night. No "trouble" happened until he was attacked, and he tried to flee from each of those attackers first. He's lucky it was all caught on video.
“He was under age, crossed state lines and carried a weapon, but he wasn’t looking for trouble”
He "crossed state lines" the day before the shooting, before the worst of the rioting started, to go to his regular job in Kenosha County & then spent the night at his best friend's house. It wasn't until the next day that Nick Smith asked them to help guard Car Source. /1
He crossed state lines specifically to carry a gun at a demonstration.
That is objectively false. The uncontested testimony at trial was he drove to Kenosha on the 24th for his regular job, like every workday, then spent the night at his best friend's house (the worst night of rioting) and wasn't asked to help guard Car Source until the 25th.
www.npr.org/2021/11/12/1...
I think they were stupid to go, but if you're going to go to a riot, being armed is prudent. Grosskreutz testified he went to many protests/riots & always went armed. The night before an unarmed 71-year-old, Robert Cobb, got beaten unconscious for trying to stop rioters from burning a building. /n
He was a 17 yr old that crossed state lines to carry a rifle at a riot. “He wasn’t looking for trouble”
Next you’ll be telling me that hanging in a bar with white suprematists was just Kyle having a root beer float on his way to the prom.
He was presumably having a regular beer, which is legal in Wisconsin when accompanied by a parent (his mother was there). He didn't know who the PBs were. When he found out his attorney had brought them there for security & who they were, he fired his attorney.
That is false bsky.app/profile/sgtw...
www.npr.org/2021/11/12/1...
He could have avoided confrontation by staying home and pretending to be a soldier playing call of duty
He could have. If he had asked my advice, that is what I would have recommended. It would have been nice if one of the adults at Car Source had taken a look at him and said, "go home kid."
If you willingly show up to a violent protest armed, you have the intent to A) kick some ass B) get your ass kicked and/or C) shoot someone. There are no other logical explanations for why someone would drive 25 miles to another state to attend a protest that they knew would/could be violent.
Gaige Grosskreutz came (armed) from farther away than Rittenhouse. Which of your A, B, or C scenarios do you think fits him?
Tell me he he shot again?
apnews.com/article/kyle...
And who fired....
Let's clear this up first. Kyle woke up in Kenosha on the morning of his justified shooting. He didn't decide to volunteer until later that afternoon (25th). Hours before his justified shootings. It wasn't pre planned. You're confusing preparedness with intent.
In addition, he'd driven there on the 24th for his regular job at the Pleasant Prairie RecPlex, before the worst of the rioting had begun. The worst of the rioting was the night of the 24th. He and Dominick Black stayed at Black's house. His intent in driving to Kenosha was to commute to work.
Remember, you're always welcome to prove otherwise.
And again.... bsky.app/profile/greg...
Keep trolling, troll.
Pot. Kettle.
As a 17yr old, he commuts to work with an AR-15, and has sleepovers with it?
No no no. He was given the AR-15 as a gift for sexual favours AFTER the sleepover.
Rittenhouse didn't commute to work with a firearm. The rifle was always stored in Kenosha, WI with the owner, Dominick Black. This fact was established during the opening statements of the trial you clearly didn't follow by ADA Binger. ⬇️
Very true. Thanks, Sarge.
Uh, so? Why do you put Kyle on such a pedestal?
I don't put him on a pedestal. I think he was a dumb naive kid. I just know the facts of the case.
Yeah, we all do. He got off. Who gives a fuck?
I just blocked that loser. Not even worth responding to
