Here's a dessert for you. Rhubarb Custard pie. Really good, tangy and sweet. I love rhubarb. A friend sent it to me. I didn't peel the rhubarb, just cut it & mixed it into the custard. Gonna make it again this week & see how it works as Peach Custard pie. Going to arrange peaches on top of custard.

Recipe Page: Rhubarb Custard Pie Ingredients - 3 eggs beaten 3 Tbsp. milk 2 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. nutmeg 4 c. Rhubarb cut up (quarter to half-inch pieces) 1 Tbsp. Butter 1 crust

Mix all ingredients, then put dabs of butter in pie (I put the butter in dabs on top of custard mixture, not in the custard mixture) Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

I think the pie is better chilled than warmed up. Great for breakfast with a coffee.
