If it’s Wednesday shipped, I’m usually home Friday & Saturdays. We were worried we’d be hit by Hurricane Erin. That now seems unlikely.

I don't know how you all in FLA do it. My father lived in coastal North Carolina for a little over 20 years & in all that time, his roof never aged to the point of needing replacing

As a court reporter, I can tell Floridians that your insurance company will deny if your roof is even close to 15 years old for “wear, tear, marring, & deterioration.” I’ve seen denials for 3 years! Now, homeowners have one year to report a claim or they’re denied. That’s DeSantis “plan to help.”
