Any physician who refuses to treat any patient because they don't approve of that persons life should have their medical license revoked and be banned from ever practicing medicine. You take the modern version of the hippocratic oath to do no harm and to treat every patient regardless of

Vanderbilt University Medical Center gave all the medical records of teen,adult gender patients to the Tennessee AG without notification to the clients,parents/ guardians. Six months later GOP legislators refer to the hippa covered medical records. This is when patients discovered the breach.

That should be considered a violation of privacy and the Constitution upon which your Nation was founded and prosecuted accordingly. The individuals rights of the common and uncommon man must be respected!

The Vanderbilt Records breach was in late 2022. The patients were not made aware until Spring of 2023. The AG wrongly claimed he had authority to see billing issues and as claimed he had a right to entire history.

That was Government overreach and a direct violation of an individuals right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness. Garland had no right to exert such pressure or ruling.

The 2025 law appears to address both Vanderbilt’s and the AG’s mishandling, breach of Hippa law. In 2023 Civil suits were filed regarding the Vanderbilt breach and were dropped or were settled with no public comment.
