Every branch of the fed. govt. is undermining its own power. Ultimately, the blue states will ignore them as their blatant bias increases. And that’s where the real power in the US lies. The revenue blue states raise from its own citizens dwarfs red states. Cutting off the federal govt will end it.

Basically, yes. Which is a ridiculous premise. Can you imagine how backlogged the courts would be if each member of a protected class had to sue individually to protect their individual rights? The courts would grind to a halt.
This is what Alito wanted for grantees from whom Trump withheld payment — treat the matter as a garden variety contract dispute and have each grantee individually litigate in the federal Court of Claims. That’s absurd by design.
