I read somewhere on bluesky or X that FOTUS and his evil criminals made another ‘deal’ (no details of course) with Ughanda gov to deport immigrants to Ughanda 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ So instead of disappearing immigrants and US Citizens to El Salvador- its now Ughanda! Why is he being deported at all?

looks like the Md judge refrained from barring removal to a third country, because the government had not yet announced that they were doing that. It must be a technical thing because the court seems to have anticipated that ICE would try this.

I was wondering about this. Not that anything about this is following any of the guidance which judges have outlined with regard to his release.

I don't know. My personal opinions aside, I don't know what the law says in his case. If he was granted asylum or has an asylum case pending, no, I'd say they don't.
