Translation (as i understand): they are both saying the 2nd ammendment exists for a reason: situations like this. A tyranical government should be overthrown. Also "razed" not "raised" should help

What about "exited"? Is that a call to remove these states from the Union? Funny, I thought the Union wanted to prevent the Confederate States' secession back in Civil War the guy is referring to. I could be wrong though, i'm not American, I know USA's history by cultural osmosis.
