You can drain a car tire's air by just using your keys (key fobs still have a metal key inside them). Just push on the button on the stem for long enough, and the tire will go flat. They CAN leave with the flat tire, but it'll literally fall off down the road
Damage has to be repaired. Air merely replaced.
A tire without air in it can be rolled, but if you try going fast in it, it'll shred the tire to pieces (I've experienced this). They'll either have to stop b/c the tire is flat, or stop when the tire is completely gone, running the rim on the road. And they probably didn't come prepared for a flat
Three/four fast icepick stabs into the sidewall results in the same or worse, is hard to notice, may result in tires exploding while driving (how exciting!), is much faster to do, and may not even be repairable if noticed. Your way lets them to carry quickie tire repair air cans. But you do you.

Date, ti e, and Even if you just get a picture of a badge...shows what agency the kidnappers are with. You need to know who to FOIA. Most Federal Agents badges don't have numbers on the front.
I'd also consider calling 911. All calls are recorded. Makes a record including date and time, and if done frequently enough, can put pressure on local LE. This is especially true given the recent reports of people impersonating ICE. Make the cops come out to the scene.
Pictures also show Agents wearing body worn cameras. The video is auto uploaded as soon as the cameras are docked after every op. So if you know HSI detained you for a moment at a certain date and time you should be able to get the footage with a FOIA request. Assuming they don't disappear you.

Oh boy. I'm agoraphobic. From 2019 until two months ago, I hadn't left my house more than 5 times. I was excited that I started going out for medical appointments or a drive. These last few days, I feel that level of fear of going out that I had for 6 years. I've put myself on house arrest.

In some states, (MN, MI, KS, VA, ...), its ALREADY illegal to hide your identity in public, and there is no exception for law enforcement. If you live in such a state and see anybody (including ICE officers) with concealed identity, its your duty to report that crime.

AirTags. Anyone who could potentially be abducted by ICE should consider having an AirTag on them at all time so at least their family can track where they’ve been taken. Also, if close enough to the abduction vehicle, throw one in there so movements can be tracked. It’s a thought.

A passive tracker alone is unlikely to stand up as a federal felony. But if it’s part of a larger criminal scheme (assault, homicide, interference) ... In other words—the tracker isn’t the crime, it’s the context.
Also, if you are close enough to the kidnappers car, a set of punctured tires makes it really hard to complete the abduction.

Check how to livestream videos on whatever social media sites you're on, some are easier to navigate than others. I believe many have a "Go Live" function button you can just press and go (I believe Instagram has this feature, not sure on the others).

Well there are no badge numbers or any way to determine ICE thugs identity but people can take down license plate numbers though I’ve seen that some of them take their license plates off.
