Thinking of doing a brisket or a pork butt this weekend for the opening of football season!
I am coming if you make pulled pork Carolina style. Living in Texas I get plenty of brisket. A few places have it, but I don't feel it's on the level with the quality of the brisket over here.
I'm not in love with vinegar based sauces, but I don't put sauce on until it's done anyway- so everyone can get what they like.
