Am I the only one shocked to learn that, with all of our military expertise and intelligence to fix coups all over the world, to even find Bin Laden, they don’t have the ability to deal with a full coup on our own soil? I’m mind boggling.

I just knew that the military generals & other top leaders would intervene. Never in my wildest nightmares did I ever think this would’ve gone this far. Simply shocking is an understatement.

My father was a highly decorated Air Force (Army/Aircorps) (Distinguished Flying Cross, 2purple hearts) in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. I have to think he and all of our now gone heroes are spinning in their graves knowing they fought for literally nothing.

I assume it's because 60-70% of the nation's population is more worried about making sure their fridge is full for the next week over having the personal resources to wage a real resistance.
