All these laws are written from the perspective of “binds but does not protect / protects but does not bind,” and looking for loopholes in them ignores that the ability to arbitrarily and capriciously enforce them is the goddamn point.
it's not about loopholes. I want the people who usually benefit from "protects but does not bind" to realize every single time their privilege keeps them from breaking thin ice. and maybe realize it's getting thinner each day. there is no loyalty. there is no protection. you will fall.
None of them are going to see your skeet, though?
buddy, *I'm* one of them lmao. white people are everywhere. many liberals are included in "protect but does not bind". how many traffic stops have you survived in your life? that is *also* this same privilege. it's all one fight. this is a small contribution but it's the one I'm here to make.
arbitrary enforcement of the law did not start with the current administration. the police state in the US is older than I am, for damn sure. Trump merely harshens and expands it. it's coming for all of us, in a way we've never seen. and the ice will break before you know it, if you're not watching.
The erosion of unbiased DOJ and FBI law enforcement and their uneven application is seriously compromising the integrity of the justice system
I get your point, but it was the NY office of the FBI that stonewalled the rest of the FBI looking into, *sigh*, Russiagate.
I wasn't commenting on a specific case, it was more about establishing facts of what is going on with the DOJ, DHS and FBI. It is amounting to be called a corrupt state
gonna bust up those underground boy scout flag retiring rings. arrest a bunch of 13yos. there's another joke to be written here but the scouts have suffered enough
Absolutely wild.
