Online leftie types don’t get angry at republicans when they do evil ghoulish things - they get angry at Dems for not governing like a majority while being a minority. Even then, they spend most of their time yelling at pundits on social media.

Leftists would yell less at the Democrats if the Dems didn't constantly lay claim to us as political allies without actually being allies. We don't yell at Republicans because there's no point in yelling at someone you want to see hanged dead.

They are generally angry at Republicans, but they're more focused (like the communists in the 1930s) on winning their internecine war against social Democrats, and their main rhetorical gambit to do so is to call liberals fascists. And yeah there's a lot of Green Lanternism among those types.
