As pointed out by @mlsrefstats.bsky.social the league ban was because it was referee abuse and thus mandated in the regulations. There’s no (obvious) mandate for this. So the CBA is probably going to have a say in where the suspension can be applied.
And it should have been Fraser that year anyway

Honestly, it was 30 years ago now but I don't ever remember having a separate ethics class in my engineering degree.
As a career QA engineer I will break whatever system you put into an AI to stop it from recommending dangerous things. But also, you can probably put in safeguards that will help 80-90% of the people who try to use a LLM for those questions.

Wrote my Senator about this yesterday. Her response to me today was a bit non-committal but glad to see this got done. My Representative co-sponsored the AI Sunshine Bill which just cleans up the initial bill from last year (which she also co-sponsored) without tearing down any protections.

FWIW Jonathan Tannenwald is still saying this morning that its Euros, not dollars. Tannenwald is a very good MLS reporter, but BW is a very good Rapids reporting site, so one of these very good outlets is getting bad info from somebody.

Also in this specific case CB's rebrand choice was a simpler logo that looks better at all sizes/resolutions, much like we see football teams changing their crests in recent years. Are we getting mad about wokeness because the Norwich City badge got simplified?
