Pritzker is doing two things here that are smart. One, he's describing this forcefully and unapologetically and in his own terms, not adopting the Admin/media frame. Two, he's making clear that he will blame the Admin for any violence or disorder sparked by their invasion of his state.

I've noticed that people are a lot nicer to pregnant people than they are to parents. You show up pregnant? "How cute!" Show up with a kid? "Ugh! That little monster is going to be noisy! I don't want to see them! Shouldn't they be at home?" Maybe a society that doesn't hate kids would have more.
