Russia assassinated a top Ukrainian official a few days ago. On multiple occasions, Russia attacked and damaged undersea fiber optic cables, connecting Europe to the world. Now they attack the aircraft of the EU chief. Russia is a terrorist state and international menace. Putin must be stopped.
