I feel like in the 1980’s/90’s this would be a major plot point in a Tom Clancy novel, and the operation would be carried out as an off-book, illegal black op, with various characters trying to cover it up lest they face congressional hearings. Now the President just announces it.
And there’s absolutely no finding common ground with these people. They don’t want it. They only want domination.

There is likely no trade deal with Japan. There's no agreement to review. No text. Even in this article, the author notes that Japan hasn't even confirmed the existence of an agreement. So why report that there's a trade deal if we know Trump lies and there's no agreement?

I just received the same email. My first thought is Democrats need to get ready. The messaging war over this atrocity is on right now.
I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE. This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined. It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.
Oh, the legislative and judiciary branches will be back as soon as a Democratic President is elected again.

Absolute galaxy-brained move by Trump. We could have known where the stockpile was, kept an eye on it, and not given them a reason to use it. Instead Trump ran his mouth, gave them time to move it, have no clue where it is, and gave them incentive to use it. Or give it to someone who can.
Trump tore up the Iran nuclear deal. No plan, no backup. Just pure ego. Now he’s bombing a country he destabilized — without congressional approval. This is illegal. This is deliberate. This is what unchecked power looks like.
