I think that's right for some stuff. There's a confounding factor with some other unconstitutional stuff (all the changes to the Department of Education and HHS for examples)where they don't even care if it's constitutional as long as it's what they want.

This is useful! I never thought of it like this and it is helpful! I understand why bad changes leave me stressed so I feel prepared for the stress which helps but it never occurred to me that good change CAUSED the stress. I usually just felt extra stressed that I was feeling stressed!
