Absolutely massive. It's wild how their coverage at CB is worse than last season. A starter with one foot out the door while the other is going to need to purify himself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka daily to keep his hamstrings from shutting down. A definite + became a - for them.

Fair play, it took a moment of brilliance from Liverpool. Otherwise, match was pretty even and we kept Liverpool at bay. It's clear both squads are going to need time to gel. The season is still early but some heavy hitters went off injured, it will be interesting to see who can survive it better.

Can we have a honest discussion of how most other leagues are so skint when it comes to having the ability to stump up cash for more esteemed players? The PL over here breaking records, while other leagues offer up a loan fee of a basket of chips & then pay later/less. Such a massive discrepancy.

Eze was asked to rank the level of physicality in the PL, Championship, and League 1. The presenter expected the Championship to be highest but Eze said the PL no question was the most physical based upon his playing experience.

Good, we are about to lose two left footed defenders (speculatively around £200K/week and I feel pretty confident about that. Will be nice to have a speed demon who can defend well, craft wonderful crossing opportunities and guess what.....be another monster on set pieces. Hopefully we sell fast.
No mate. Kuba and Zini (both left footed) will be sold, MLS will be pushed up into his preferred positions and Hincapie he'll be backup at CB and direct competition with our Italian Stallion at LB. Everything didn't work out in time to get Hato in, so we are pivoting.

Both Mads and Gabi have a history of terrorizing Liverpool. Hopefully we can get by with the loss of Saka and Ø. In a strange way although the injuries suck, I am glad both of our guys won't be going away on internationals especially after what happened last season.

Yeah in the first match, Kai had long sleeves. I was quiet saddened when I noticed that.
Today I learned what a battery terminal fuse is on a car and helped the younger brother out being stranded. Missed a good portion of the match and going back to do a rewatch now. I'm really interested to see how we are evolving offensively.

My thoughts on the match..if Utd play like that for most of the season they'll be much better than last. Defense scrambled but were ultimately immense. Hope it's nothing serious with Rice coming off with what may have been a knock. Midfield will need more time to gel but when they do...watch out.

Oh deary me. Just listened to James Allcott on his Ripple Effect podcast with guest StuntPegg. They rated 1 transfer rumor for each PL club. They were very adamant on mentioning an Eze transfer as season defining for Arsenal. Gosh if we aren't able to go in for him. 😭😭
