My app for the TESmart 16 port HDMI Switch is looking great. I have a few more things to fix and I will upload to Github. I will also have binaries available. Since it's written in Go it will work for macOS, Linux and Windows. I love OSS and I love to give back.
It's done finally. Had to redo the wall a little bit but now I have even more HDMI ports. I do need to get some touch up paint for the wall. I have to wait until Tuesday sadly.
Same breathes new life in to these old gems.
oh and also the audio books are read by Ray Porter as well.
Man, I love puzzle games. I especially like logic puzzles and games that are actually you know logical. I’d rather that over a first person shooter.
I finally wrote the app to control it. Also written in Go. You can name the ports give them icons and control it. Need to fix the icon scaling but it works great. You can even configure everything in the app.

Got a new 16 port HDMI switch yes it's messy get getting things working. I also wrote a program to control the switch in Go. I will have this cleaned up looking great tomorrow.

Holy Crap. I paid like $80 for my copy for the switch. 100% worth it. Really loved this collection. 100% get it at that price it's an amazing collection. I even bought it on the PC as well. Hell I even made a PC Physical edition for it.

Oh yeah I agree in the cities when I visited they always say hi. The Suburbs are hit or miss. But for the most part I agree Texas do say hi if not a hello a head nod.

I lived in America all my life, and this is very rare. Some places are very friendly, but majority of places I lived here. Do not just say hi to you. Americans are just as rude as everyone else if not more so.
I wish we could have a period accurate movie of war the worlds. How cool would it be to have it set in the 1890s. I feel that would make a better story than set in a modern era. I don’t know maybe that’s just me.
The red hashes have to be the right spacing, Also the text has to be a right shade of blue so the red filter can bring out the text. Using black just doesn't work right. Also the layering of the red hashes and the text also have to be right. Took me a lot of experimenting to get it right.

This is on my list to make a collector edition for. I loved this game as a kid. Some people didn't like this game but I thought it was great. I can't wait to play it again. I might do the Phantasmagoria Collectors Edition after the Space Quest Collectors Edition I am making.

This is what the Original hint book looked like. This is a scan from a hint book that used the red filter system.
I revered engineered the Hint Book system Sierra used in their hint books. It's not just a red line box over the text. It took some experimenting to get right. I had to get the right colors to print on transparencies. I can now recreate the hint books using this system for the Space Quest collection

@spacequesthistorian.com I used holographic vinyl sticker paper to give the calling card a cool look. I did notice the line on the back side of the calling card that will be fixed in yours. I also will include the "autographed" photo and frame in yours as well.
Recreated the Sierra Hint Letters and super rare Calling Card that came with Space Quest 6. The images I had to work with are super low res I had to recreate them and try to keep it 1:1. I think they turned out well. This project turned out to be more than I thought as I have to recreate a lot of it

DOS had some of the best install programs. They had to make their own and a lot made them fun. Once we went to windows they just got lazy and used the basic windows installer. Sad times :(

I am in the mindset of use what ever makes you happy. We all play games and how enjoy them shouldn't be judged. We all love gaming so let people play how they want. From OG Hardware to Emulation and everything in between.
Happy to see more new FPGA gaming consoles. I really want to try out the Tang Console. It has some issues but they are trying to fix them. I refuse to use MisterFPGA as my experience with the community is bad. So many arrogant snobbish people. I know a small part of the community isn't like that.
