I was seeing the overblown negativity on WrestleSky and the AEW Feed as well. How did that night become the pivot point for a lot of the discourse overall?

The ones on X shat all over itβ¦with some even turning off the show immediately after that segment, even though the payoff is quite obvious. They canβt even be patient with their own product.
The WWE Fanbase on BlueSky vs. Twitter is remarkably different. The WWE Fans here loved that Becky/Punk segment on RAW.
Same. Iβm as much of an AEW Fan as anyone here on BlueSky but even I wish the PPVs were shorter. Itβs nice not having to be a zombie at work the next dayβ¦ plus, Iβm sure UK/Japanese fans appreciate not having to stay up until 6-7am to catch the show.

I disagree with AEW fans not having a problem with villains standing tall . This app became insufferable after Revolution because so many were unhappy with Mox/Cope main eventing. I felt down about that ending myself but stayed patient because I knew the endgame was All In.

Iβve always had good experiences engaging with Redditors regarding my video game and NBA fandom (when I was still a hardcore basketball fan). Lots of good reading material for my movie fandom as well. I wish BlueSky was better about these topics but this app has limited reach.

Left AEW FanHub today. I keep seeing a lot of bad faith trolls show up in comment threads with the usual bot-like insults. Check their profiles and surprise, they are regular commentators on SCJerk. The Kelson connection makes so much sense now. Screw that place.
I know the majority of wrestling subs outside of two are Anti-AEW. Plus, AEW Fanhub is sus in its own way and I recently left. Besides that, what else bothers you about Reddit? Are the political subs *that* horrible?
Unless someone here posts evidence on the contrary, it seems like the whole situation IRL is low-key and not as intense as say, workers striking to get a non-union movie to flip.
Someone currently at the show skeeted about this earlier. Also mentioned that none of the workers are actively asking people to boycott AEW over this either.
