This youngish person (yes, I was also surprised they answered) didn't know an election was coming up. I explained a bit about what the election was for and started talking about the governor's race. I said the R candidate was all in on Trump and that was all they needed to hear.
I phone banked for VA last night. I made a total of 40 calls, 35 were no answer, 1 refused to talk to me, 1 wouldn't share any info, 2 assured me they would vote D. And that 5th call (the 17th of the night) is why it is important to do this.
Oh and we need to amp this up, fire up people to fight now. Don't let a three-day-weekend approaching cool your anger. Channel it, focus it. RFK Jr. needs to go. Make it your mission starting today.
