what fucks me up about the Bluesky TOS update is fucking every adult creator i know wants MORE labels and filter options. we WANT more granular control over the labels and spoilers we can put on our work so people who want to curate their timeline to avoid us CAN DO SO

I used to get my flu shot literally at home because my aunt is a doctor, it was great, and then they made it so you need doctor's reffereal for it, sigh. but at least everyone's got automatic covid shot refferal in online med system so maybe I'll figure out how to get a flu one online as well

yes! I did tried many flavoured teas in my life, but it was always either 'why would anyone do this' or 'this could've been herbal tea'. I'm picky about herbal ones too, but I will try them because some are excellent
yea, sometimes I think that majority of people who go for these would be more happy with normal herbs/fruits infusions instead of inflicting all that flavouring on innocent tea leaves. making your own blends seems like fun, tho!

oh gods, fandom blends are just something else (tho there's one person on polish fandom who makes nice blends, both with tea and herbal and I love their herbal cleric tea from dnd classes series, but that's the first fandom blends I ever liked)
that's where the best japanese tea comes from (I'm a shincha truther and prefer chinese style of tea processing otherwise but I'll always give Shizuoka tea a try)

I'll make exception for mr. Shibamoto's teas because he's working some serious magic with his flower-infused teas, but that's whole another level (my local tea shop is working direcly with him, idk if he sells abroad, but he's from Shizuoka and I recommend him a lot)
oh, mood I'm a Tea Person so I generally disapprove of flavoured tea, unless it's traditional jasmine or osmanthus (I won't judge people for drinkikng it but I need them to stop bringing it up when I talk about proper good tea) I can drink earl grey sometimes but like... one cup and that's enough

they finally gave up after like... seven years of intense wear, and now I can't find replacement anywhere because they were from ukrainian brand, sigh
years ago I got a pair of snekaers without that horizontal sewline across the toes (that's what makes 99% of sneakers unwearable to me), top made from hemp, they were so comfy, extremely durable and looked nice and not in a overly sporty way but more... rustic due to fabric
ohnoo good one will def tell you if it's fixable, but I guess you'd have to make a trip with them, that sucks
(and that's not counting that I have narrowest feet ever so most shoes are too wide for me, no seller list width and just a handful of manufactures do, oh and also I'm f1 width but also only if I was wearing size 35 and I wear 40, because width increases with that, lol)
I feel like shoe sizes are becoming increasingly chaotic too? most places and sellers list actual lenght of the insert in cm (thank gods), and in past weeks I was looking for shoes and found at at least three various lenghts in my size (25,5, 26 and 26,5cm, that's A Lot for a shoe)

all of my lj icons (and dw now) were made from crops of my own art which was perfect because when few months ago I was switching from photo to my art in icon in places, it took me like three weeks to decide which one to use (also matching icon to post, comment or reply? the best thing ever)
(onbviously I still have adhd-caused seatbacks when I'm on my 'normal...ish human person' streak, but they're usually a bit easier to manage then, sigh)
oh, mood. when I manage to keep my schedule sensible for a while, I become very productive and rather well, but it keeps slipping away, sigh. I suspect getting proper adhd medication would help, but I'll have to get around to do it, and. sigh. I have adhd. it's a self defeating cycle, lolsob
I was that person for like... 18 months? then I had a bad brain time, fucked up my sleep schedule, started falling out, and then hurt my knee, and in general, aaaa
tho aside from sleep schedule, my biggest problem was tripping and hurting my knee way back in january, it took over a month to actually heal and I couldnt do many workout things, sigh (also now I have weather-predicting knee, joys of being over forty)
I will only really workout in morning before I shower because I'm not showering twice, too much work, so if I did not do proper routine, ever gentle one, before showering, then the best I can do is some random stretches but I will get there again
yea I don't have a problem with actually doing it, but after that chaotic months I need to build that habit almost from the start and 75% of the time my brain is like I forgor
I hope it'll work! I'm trying to get back into the grove as well, unfortunately when I wreck my sleep schedule, it wrecks my workout routine and past months were, uhm, not ideal, but I miss feeling better, so I'm trying now when I finally sleep more like human person

some people try to reactivate polish trekkies a bit and I'm extremely cautious but also try to take part ion things I'm invited to because when my main complain is that they're not leftist enough then the easiest way to remedy that is to add some leftists, but i't a hard work sometimes
there was a time (like... 2014-2018) when Warsaw part of Treksfera was really active and we did lots of cool things, but that was also destroyed by right wing people stirring up enough drama to push some people away (and plague was just last nail to the coffin)
yea, makes sense I came into fandom at really low point in life and made good friends (some of them are still my closest friends), so the more normal people there were kinda upset about place they thought of as theirs becoming a dumpster fire, but we eventually moved away

I had a misfortune to stumble into alt right slavic pagan group in early 2000s and gleaned a bit into their inner workings before I managed to nope out, and they def were getting cozy with christian nationalists in hope to tap into their resources but also because their goals aligned in long run
