something to the effect of he didn’t plead with enough particularity because he didn’t cite a document that had been wrongfully withheld from him, without which the case was frivolous on its face i think the intervening years have muddied the water on both viewpoints

yeah.. the judge bifurcating liability was an interesting choice, it’s much more common now but at the time was somewhat unusual? and if you read the trial judges later opinion after the appellate court remanded it it’s oddly circular

og law and order was pretty good training on evidentiary objections and qualifications of experts. when i took the bar it felt like jack mccoy was whispering in my ear

yeah ncua is likely the most trustworthy option the big private one is american share insurance, if you see ASI and not ncua maybe reconsider
sri (@sri.plur.ca) reply parent
federal credit unions are ncua insured, state credit unions may be ncua insured or they can choose to get private insurance this was more popular before the last financial crisis because private insurance is cheaper but they could, you know, run out of money

the quoted assertion is proof once again that new orleans is not in the south, it is the northernmost city in the caribbean (i have never been to a shoneys)

I don’t think I can be on this website long term. It’s just getting the absolute worst news blasted into my brain from the moment I wake until the moment I sleep. It’s not the fault of anyone on here—there’s just an insane volume of bad news happening at all times. Only now I know about it all

if the cost of ai is cheaper than traveling to a place it then ai slop will edge out legit content by sheer volume as the real people are forced to seek other income for survival the lower the profit margins the quicker it will accelerate. race to the bottom
sri (@sri.plur.ca) reply parent
a lot of travel blogs are funded by referral links to booking sites etc i’m already seeing many of these replicated by ai slop. trying to find legit reviews of hiking trails in badlands national park was incredibly frustrating last month
