That was a mid-2000 development, tax abated and Sansone involved, if I remember correctly. Most of that subdivision has 3-5 beds, 3-4 baths. Up the street toward Hampton was the Campbell Plaza development with a TIF and they had the balls to take assessment challenge to State Tax Commission.

It's up to county prosecutors who don't touch these There was/is Mo law for voluntary homeschool affidavits filed w/ County Recorder of Deeds. Even that was too considered too intrusive. We would get two or three a year of these filings from hundreds of homeschoolers in STL City.

Missouri doesn’t even require homeschool registration. My understanding is parent just needs to keep a log of school work and samples of school work. That's only for proof of homeschooling if the kid is running around during school hours and cops pick up kid as truant. What am I missing?
