Six weeks complete (7 shots), 14.3 pounds lost. For a few days I actually gained weight from the beginning of the week, but I got a 1 lb net loss since last Saturday. Stomach issues early in the week have been continuing, but also this week I started taking fiber gummies and multivitamins.

This is still the worst week of the worst time of the year, but I’ve been so tired and busy that I’m trying not to think about it too much
I don’t really know how the breathing disturbances tracker on the Apple Watch works, but it has correctly had me in the elevated range ever since I got it, and I was diagnosed with severe OSA in April. Now, it’s showing less elevated to not elevated some nights. I notice it too.
Zepbound shot 6 in, 13.2 pounds lost in 5 weeks. No major differences on the 5mg dose, although I did have a few days of upset stomach. I think it was related to skipping lunch a few days this week. I am trying to be more aware of my fiber and protein intake.
Is there a reason why you’re limiting your eating times? I just took my 6th shot on zepbound and found it easier to eat at normal meal times, just less (and sometimes I skip lunches)
I try to keep up with the news, and I was unaware that there even was a Democratic challenger for Virginia Beach Commonwealth’s Attorney until I read this article.
There was a clear message coming from the top down to everyone: people come to Target because it’s nicer than Wal-Mart and they’re willing to spend a little more for a better experience and service. So that’s everyone’s goal. At some point that attitude changed I have to assume.

There are so many things to worry about. I still think Bouie’s original point is right on though. Early voting starts a month from tomorrow, time is getting short for them if they have some evil plan.

My doctor sent in the new prescription this morning for the 5 mg dose. I got a message from CVS asking if I was taking the 2.5 mg dose, yes/no/I don’t know how to answer. I said I didn’t know because I’m out of 2.5 mg pens.

Hey local weatherman, when there is an active severe thunderstorm warning the big weather story is really not a developing hurricane more than 1,000 miles away. Come on.
When I went to the doctor last month, he told me to send a message in mychart to say how I was doing on the zepbound and he will send in a refill. I did the last shot on Saturday, so I sent the message on Monday and haven’t heard anything back. Will he send the prescription tomorrow? Who knows.

It’s because of the trick play thing that I don’t know that I would call it “competitive”. It’s just not fixed. There were some nifty actual baseball plays, but many more that looked like an old-timey three stooges scene.
