I'm betting that in the end, this becomes a nightmare for Pulte who will be forced out owing tons in judgments from Cook's successful lawsuits. As for Trump, he'll say, " who's this guy Pulte? Never heard of him."

I took piano lessons from when I was 6 until I was 14. Didn't touch it for 53 years.Then I decided to get a keyboard, then inherited the piano and began to relearn it.It was hard at first- couldn't read music well etc. But then everything clicked. Now, I play Chopin, Mozart, & Beethoven again!

I used to go to Vegas in the Spring and Fall. My October 2023 visit was awful- torn up streets, stands everywhere, even blocking the Fountains, temporary bridges.The race itself is one weekend, but they need weeks to prepare for it. I refuse to visit in the Fall.

All the thread is true, but as a whole,when we reference the War between the States, the term "The South" is shorthand for the Confederacy. Eleven states located in the Southern part of the U.S. left the Union. So yes, "The South" lost. Just my humble opinion.
What will be very interesting is that many of these employees to be cut are administering the pork projects of these Congressmen & the howling from them will be deafening. I predict that their report will quietly go into the circular file.
