Labor isn't really my bag. But I did quit in solidarity with non-white co-workers in a racist company that flat out declared it wanted to erase an entire floor of entry-level workers in favor of a disastrous AI program that will cost them hundreds of thousands in sanctions for missed court dates.
Start small if you have to. Walkouts here. Strikes there. Wildcats over there. A boycott nearby. Build it up for the main event. Time to shut this shit down.
