Iāve read everything Asimov has written. I cannot believe Iām saying this, Iāve never said this before. I prefer the Foundation miniseries over the books. Itās honestly that good.

Here is where I am now. Back to the homemade pedals and BYOC looper for control. BK Butler Tube Driver, BYOC Flanger, phase 45, chorus, and homemade germanium fuzz face in a custom sandblasted enclosure to match my unpainted aesthetic :) 14/14
New board, mostly the same pedals. The Baja Real Tube Overdrive makes a reappearance and the excellent Big Spender rotating speaker simulator is now in the mix. To combat tone loss Iām back with the BYOC Super8 looper. 13/14
Short lived and overly complicated setup. Using the effects loop in the amp, the lower row was before the amp and the upper row was in the loop. The footswitch on the left switch amp channels. This pedalboard ultimately was too noisy and killed too much high end. Full description in alt text 12/14
The one where I sold my soul to Mooer I need some more varied overdrive. But my homemade pedals (while sounding excellent) are not space economical. So after some research and experimentation I found Mooer pedal clones to sound dead on to the pedals they are cloning. Full desc in alt text 11/14
Looper time These pedals are all now controlled through a BYOC Super8 Looper. Wah pedal is back on the board, main dirt pedal is still the BYOC Big Muff Pi and overdrive is still the Baja Real Tube Overdrive and I now have a BYOC Tube Screamer for lead tones. Full description in alt text 10/14
Gig board Continued Swapped in the BYOC Flanger which sounds great but is somewhat overpowering so I use with a Boss LS-2 blending it 50% with the dry tone for a more balanced sound. Also added a Ditto Looper because why not. Full description in alt text 9/14
Gig Board We played Hard Rock Cafe in Pittsburgh and this is what I used. Added a volume pedal, ditched the RAT in favor of a BYOC Big Muff clone (which can do a passable RAT impression with the tone stack bypassed) and added a tuner because I don't like the tuner clipped to their headstock. 8/14
Board used in recording studio We laid down a track and this is a picture of my board in the studio. Realized the Tube Overdrive is better after the Muff and RAT. I finally admitted I am not getting the sound I want from the Electric Mistress clone and broke down and bought the real thing. 7/14
Finally got a real board, no more Ikea desk part with handles! Phase 45 is back! GGG EA Tremelo added (I don't like trems, but one song needed it). The wah returned but was short lived, I just can't be bothered to stand in one place, it's bad enough I have to tap dance between songs :) 6/14
Because I know what all of the knobs do... All Dymo Labels removed! Re-ordered, dropped the TS808 clone in favor of a RAT clone, got rid of the Phase 45 (that didn't last long, I can't be without that pedal), and ditched the Fuzz Face and Wah as I pretty much never use them at this stage. 5/14
Getting a little too big Same as before, added a BYOC Chorus on top of the flanger and now sporting a RG Keen designed Univibe clone (NeoVibe). Forever rearranging order. 4/14
It's all homemade, baby Now sporting a clear rip off of Analogman's BiComp (Ross compressor and Orange squeezer in a single enclosure with an always-on buffer) and a GGG Phase 45 Kit. It also has a Baja Real Tube Overdrive (a largely overlooked and unknown jewel in the world of pedal kits) 3/14
Replaced the TO800 with a GGG TS808 clone and added a Deluxe Electric Mistress clone built with a GGG circuit board and a REAL RETICON SAD1024 chip (I have like 5 of them still :) Remaining description in alt text 2/14
